What have you been proudest to direct?

Over the last few months there have been two very different projects – ECHO. This film allowed me the opportunity to film underwater at Pinewood and develop a VFX character.. The other is my episode of Call the Midwife for Neal Street Productions.

Who is the most inspiring director you’ve worked with?

As a shadow director on Killing Eve, I have the pleasure of being mentored by Jon East. From pre-production – shoot then to post; Jon gifted me time to learn how he prepares – how to look at a script and plan for your shoot…it was an invaluable experience and I am forever thankful to Jon, Directors UK and Sid Gentle…

During the pandemic, Jennie Darnell was my mentor through the Inspire Programme for Female Directors. Jennie allowed me the opportunity to work as second unit on Trigger Point and really get to grips with directing action and thrillers…

What do you do to look after yourself?

Run. Weight training. Netball. Walk. Time with my dog, ponies and family.

How would your closest friend describe you?

Innovative, intuitive, inclusive

Who would be your dream directing role?

I’d love to direct a big fantasy feature film for global audiences…

I switch off on a Friday night with …

Enjoying a great meal with my nearest and dearest.

What’s your passion?

I am passionate about film making, fitness, travel and my family.
